1. About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed with Poniocouture Equi and My Lady Couture Equi (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or sending an enquiry you agree to them. They were effective from 1 September 2025.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order on this website is an offer to buy. Orders are subject to acceptance and to availability, and we confirm acceptance by email once your payment is complete. We may refuse or cancel any order, and products may be discontinued at any time. If we cannot supply an item we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in British pounds and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal and credit card payments.

4. Delivery

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method. Ownership of and risk in the items pass to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

We have a strict 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and free from make-up or fake tan marks. If an item is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours so we can help.

The photographs, logos, names and designs on this website belong to Poniocouture Equi and My Lady Couture Equi and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
