Review your basket, add your delivery address and email, and see your delivery charge before you pay.

Pay securely by PayPal or credit or debit card. You receive an order confirmation by email straight away.

We pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on your location.

Delivery within the UK is charged at a flat rate, and orders over a set value ship free. Your delivery charge is always shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. Outside the UK? Message us and we will arrange a quote.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal and credit card payments, and all prices are in British pounds. Prices may change without notice, and the total, including delivery, is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns & refunds
We have a strict 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and free from make-up or fake tan marks.
If an item is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours so we can help. Contact us through the contact form or on Instagram.
Sizing help
Adult sizes run from XS to XL (XXS to XL for the Coffee & Cream range) and children’s sizes from 3/4 to 11/12. Pony pieces are available for Cob or Pony, and the Coffee & Cream range for Cob or Full size. Just ask if you would like advice.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as you can through the contact form or on Instagram, quoting your order reference. If your order has not been packed yet we will happily change or cancel it.
What if I am between sizes?
Message us your usual size, or your rider's age and height, before you order and we will recommend the best fit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit card payments. All prices are in British pounds.
